Gov. Tim Pawlenty signed the Radon Bill into law Friday. The radon bill was authored in the Senate by Sen. Linda Higgins of Minneapolis and in the House by Rep. Kim Norton of Rochester.
It requires all new homes in this state to be built with radon mitigation systems. It's the first statewide law of its kind.
