Radon rates highest in state

Teton County homes have the highest occurrence of radon in the state of Idaho, which has some of the highest rates of radon in the nation. Teton County's average indoor radon levels of homes tested in 2007 was 26.85 pCi/L, as opposed to the national average of 1.3 pCi/L. The EPA recommended action level is 4 pCi/L.
